James Jeans prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unworn item(s) in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and we will provide you with an exchange(s), a web store credit (good for one full year), and/or a full credit less original shipping cost(s) for those order(s) after 7/14/2011 back to your originally used credit card(s). Please contact eshop@jamesjeans.us to obtain an RMA# prior to return. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return within 5 business days. Only a web credit will be given to a return that does not have a proper RMA# issued by James Jeans Eshop.
A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges (for international exchanges, a shipping fee of $69.99 will be charged and $24.99 will be charged for Canadian customers). The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. For items received past the 14 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee and ONLY store credit will be issued and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
All sale items are final sale, please view the individual product page for any return exceptions.
Please do not return any sale merchandise as you will not be given a store credit.
Any product purchased under sale items cannot be returned.
Notwithstanding the foregoing with respect to returns and exchanges, insofar as knits and other fragile and easily alterable goods, returns and exchanges are only permissible when such goods are in their original unworn condition. If the goods are altered in any manner from the original condition, then returns and exchanges are no longer permissible. Customers are required to verify such condition prior to receipt of return and/or exchange authorization from James Jeans.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns on damaged merchandise. The order must be returned with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. James Jeans will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Please include your order number. The order number can be found at the top right of your receipt.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Web Store Credits
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Store Credit, a customer will be issued a web store credit. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on JamesJeans.us. To request a web credit code, please contact eshop@jamesjeans.us and once you receive it from us, please use it on your next purchase with us at our eshop.
